Troubleshooting

If encountering issues, please reach out to either isabella.lurie@vadoc.virginia.gov or VCECUSTSRVC@vadoc.virginia.gov to help solve the problem.

VCE will need the following information from you to diagnose the issue:

  1. Description of the issue, including printer model and cartridge model
  2. Pictures of error messages and the labels on the cartridges (not the box)
  3. Scans of print defects and pictures of the serial number (SN) of the printer and the cartridges from multiple angles
  4. VCE PO number for the ordered cartridges

Once we have received this information, VCE will work quickly to diagnose the issue and provide you with options to get you printing correctly again.

Although it can take a little time to receive your order, the furniture is very well made and worth the wait. Also, I was having a hard time finding a stand up desk to fit the size of my regular desk. Karl actually made a trip to Harrisonburg to look at my desk, measure it, and talk with me about options. Then he went back to his office, checked it out, and let me know what they could do. You don’t get that type of service much anymore!
